Set within the private, gated domain of Cap Bénat on the Var coast, this beach house-style villa of 600m² was designed by architect Maurice Sauzet and sits on 4,000m² of grounds with open views over the sea and coastline.

The architecture is built around a fluid relationship between interior and exterior. The main living room features floor-to-ceiling windows that open fully, dissolving the boundary between inside and out. The kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-range appliances throughout.

The villa accommodates up to eighteen guests across nine bedrooms — seven suites and two staff rooms. All rooms are air-conditioned. An infinity swimming pool, which can be heated, anchors the outdoor space, and a gym is located within the property. Tennis courts are available within the domain.
