Les Parcs de Saint-Tropez is a gated private estate on the Cap Saint-Pierre peninsula, and probably the most prestigious and most expensive domaine in Saint-Tropez. Laid out in the 1950s by Robert Geffroy and Léone Maria, it covers around 110 hectares and comprises around 300 properties, from Provençal-style villas to contemporary architecture. Most houses enjoy sea views, and many well-known figures own properties or estates within the domaine.
Location and access
Les Parcs de Saint-Tropez lies on the Cap Saint-Pierre peninsula, east of the village of Saint-Tropez. The port and the Place des Lices are around 5 minutes by car along the Route des Salins. They can be reached on foot, but it is a good 30-minute walk.
Access to the estate is via a single guarded entrance off the Chemin de la Fontaine-du-Pin, leading onto the Allée des Palmiers.
Security and privacy
Security is present at the entrance 24 hours a day, and this is one of the main reasons people choose Les Parcs. Together with the prestige of the address, the level of security and privacy is what most buyers and guests value here.
Plots, views and exposure
Plots within Les Parcs are generous and fairly consistent in size, typically around 5,000 m². Most houses enjoy sea views, but each side of the peninsula offers different advantages, depending on the house and its exposure.
Alexandra’s tip: in my opinion, the most sought-after houses are those overlooking the Baie des Canoubiers. They enjoy evening sunsets and views over the Sainte-Maxime peninsula and the citadel. Houses towards La Moutte are more south-facing, so they have better light in winter.
Beaches
Residents have private pedestrian access to the beaches of Les Canoubiers, Les Salins and La Moutte.

The estate also includes tennis courts reserved for owners.
Château Borelli
At the heart of the domaine stands Château Borelli, built between 1895 and 1900 by Philippe Octave Borelli, a French civil servant who had spent much of his career in Egypt and drew on Moorish architecture for its design. The Borelli family lived there until 1928. The building was requisitioned by German forces in 1944, which damaged its roof and library, and then stood empty until it was restored in 1988 and divided into private apartments. It remains a landmark of the estate, overlooking the Baie des Canoubiers.
Architecture in Les Parcs

Les Parcs is widely regarded as one of the most expensive areas of Saint-Tropez, if not the most expensive, both to buy and to rent. Sale prices generally start at around 7 to 8 million euros and can exceed 120 million euros for the most exceptional estates.
