The living and dining room measures 100 m², with a table for up to 12 people, four sofas, a games table, an integrated television and a working fireplace. The professional eat-in kitchen of 40 m² has top-of-the-range appliances, a cold room and an ice machine. The library and reading area has two sofas, two armchairs and books.

Outside, the outside living room has two dining tables for up to 20 people and a sitting area. The summer living room has a sofa, two armchairs, a bench, coffee tables, a bar and an ice machine. The heated swimming pool has an overflow effect and measures 19 x 5 m, with a removable protection net for children, four double sunbeds with removable backs and three parasols. A pool house has a living area and kitchen equipment, and there is a pétanque ground.
