Set within the private, gated estate of Les Parcs de Saint-Tropez, this Provençal bastide offers 400 m² of living space in 3,800 m² of grounds, with six bedrooms and six bathrooms for up to 12 guests.

The bastide is the work of architect M. Morisse, who also restored Château Borelli. Inside, stone, marble and wenge parquet floors frame bespoke furniture, works of art and a collection of black-and-white film photographs inspired by the Saint-Tropez legend.

The living spaces include a drawing room with fireplace, a dining room, a semi-professional kitchen, and a TV room and study. There are also a guest cloakroom and WC, a laundry and staff quarters. The villa has air conditioning and underfloor heating.

The master suite is on the first floor. It has his and hers dressing rooms, a bathroom with twin basins, bath and shower, and a 45 m² private terrace, partly covered, with a sea view overlooking the Bay of Canoubiers. The terrace has space for sunbathing, an outdoor lounge and breakfast for two. Three junior suites on the pool side face west and open directly onto the garden, each with a dressing room. Two further bedrooms are on the east side of the house, one with twin beds that convert into a king-size, ideal for children and teenagers. Every bedroom has its own bathroom or shower room and a Samsung Smart TV.

Outside, the heated 14.50 × 7.25 m infinity pool has a counter-current swim system. It is heated from 4 June to 4 September. There is also a heated five-seat jacuzzi, two outdoor lounges, a covered outdoor dining area and spacious sheltered terraces. A shaded Technogym fitness area sits on its own terrace. There is a professional Weber barbecue, table tennis and table football.

The landscaped tropical garden is planted with fifty-year-old Washingtonia and Phoenix palms. It has a fountain, a kitchen garden, fruit trees, berries and aromatic herbs, and Versailles-style garden lighting. The villa has a covered carport for four cars and automatic gates.

The grounds are fully fenced, with 14 infrared cameras and sensors linked to the estate’s 24-hour security service.

Included services: welcome champagne and flowers on arrival, and a property and concierge manager available 24/7. A private chef cooks all three meals, with provisions charged extra. There is a butler throughout the season, plus a housekeeper 8 hours a day and an assistant 2 hours a day. Housekeeping is daily, with turndown service. Laundry is included, excluding dry cleaning, and bed linen is changed twice a week. The villa also provides L’Occitane en Provence toiletries, fibre broadband, a Sonos sound system, safes and baby equipment.

The Place des Lices, the port and Tahiti beach are all 10 minutes away by car.
