The villa is built from traditional materials, including the pink granite characteristic of Porto-Vecchio, contrasted with a modern, minimalist interior.

On the ground floor, an open living area combines a living room, dining room and open kitchen, all opening onto the terraces. A few steps lead up to the master bedroom, which overlooks the living room. A second bedroom is also on this level, along with two further en-suite bedrooms sharing a toilet. A games room with a sofa bed can be used as a fifth bedroom, suitable as a staff room if needed.
