On the Route de Tahiti in Ramatuelle, on the Saint-Tropez peninsula, this contemporary villa stands less than 100 metres from Tahiti beach, at the northern end of Pampelonne. Guests can walk from the beach to the house in their swimsuits, and Tropezina beach and the village of Saint-Tropez are a short drive away.

Designed in the spirit of a boutique hotel, the villa offers around 400 m² of living space on 2,000 m² of land, and sleeps up to 10 guests in five bedrooms.

At its heart is a 180 m² open-plan living space, surrounded by large wooden bay windows overlooking the garden. It includes a sitting area with a large screen, a lounge with a fireplace, a dining area with a large wooden table that doubles as a workspace, and a spacious kitchen with high-end appliances and a long marble table for breakfast together.

The pool runs the full length of the living room, and the wooden deck continues inside as parquet flooring, giving the impression that the house sits on the water. Contemporary paintings and photographs hang throughout the house.

Four en-suite bedrooms are on the ground floor. Upstairs, the 50 m² master suite enjoys sea views and has a dressing room and an en-suite bathroom. The bathrooms are in marble, with round basins designed especially for the house, and the bedrooms have light-wood furniture, wall-mounted screens and fine white bed linen.

Outside, the well-planted garden offers several areas for meals and aperitifs. The large emerald-green pool of 74 m² is surrounded by a 210 m² deck with double sun loungers, an outdoor dining area and a barbecue. As the pool runs right alongside the villa, it is not suited to young children who cannot swim.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and has parking. A laundry room with two washing machines, two dryers and a refrigerator is outside, and an ironing area with a steam generator is in the basement. Daily cleaning and breakfast are available on request.
