Designed by the architect Antti Lovag in the 1970s and preserved by its owner in its original form, Palais Bulles is a rare example of organic architecture on the French Riviera. Lovag's approach rejected the right angle in favour of curved forms drawn from the natural environment, giving the property a character unlike almost any other villa in the region.

Set on 8,500m² of private grounds, the villa offers 1,200m² of living space and commands 180° views over the sea and the Esterel mountains. The main reception room alone exceeds 500m² and can accommodate up to 350 guests for a seated event. The nine bedrooms, all en suite with views, sleep up to eighteen guests for residential use.
