An artfully renovated 18th-century farmhouse set on a private island in the Rhône, just minutes from the medieval city of Avignon. The 1,300 m² main house offers nine en-suite bedrooms, grand reception rooms, a spacious dining room for up to 18 guests, a country kitchen, television room, and mud room — all dressed in Pierre Frey fabrics and antique furnishings, with interiors inspired by the nearby La Mirande Hotel. Four Seasons Hotel mattresses, bedding and towels are standard throughout, with L'Occitane toiletries and the estate's own pear soap in every bathroom.

The Master Bedroom is a corner suite with south and west views over the main gardens and pear orchard, featuring an antique fireplace, canopy bed in embroidered Pierre Frey fabric, and a large marble bathroom with Calacatta shower and freestanding tub.

Chambre Fontaine is a second master in scale, with south garden views, an original fireplace, king canopy bed in Pierre Frey fabric, and a marble bathroom with Arabescato tub carved in Provençal style.

Chambre Poirier is a spacious king room with views over the original barn and pear orchards, antique furnishings throughout, and a sunny bathroom with claw-foot tub and separate shower.

Chambre Samantha is a queen room with east-facing views toward the Rhône, pool, and sunflower fields, with a Calacatta Oro Vagli marble bathroom.

Chambre Jacques et George is a king room with exposed whitewashed ceiling beams, north garden views, built-in closets, and a Carrara marble bathroom.

Chambre Audrey is a queen room in blue and white Pierre Frey Oriental fabric with east views over the pool and Rhône, sharing a Jack-and-Jill marble bathroom with Chambre Marguerite.

Chambre Marguerite is a corner suite with south and east views, four large Pierre Frey-dressed windows, and a shared Jack-and-Jill marble bathroom — each with private direct access.

The stone guest cottage sits privately in the gardens near the pool and tennis court. Chambre Olivier on the upper floor is a queen room with south and west views via French doors and a reading nook. Chambre Lavande on the ground floor is a queen room opening onto a private south-facing patio. Both feature marble bathrooms.

The estate is professionally staffed year-round with two chefs, two waiters, and full-time housekeeping. Outdoor amenities include a swimming pool, tennis court, pétanque area, BBQ, and extensive terrace dining across 65 acres of plane trees, pear orchards, and sunflower fields. A fully equipped gym, table tennis, cooking classes, and spa and yoga services on request complete the offering.
