All the bedrooms are fully air conditioned and have a plasma or LCD screen. The pool house, the reception and the small lounge also have large screens. The games room can be converted into a cinema room, fully equipped with a video projector and an electronic screen. A HI-FI system with a hard drive plays music inside and outside the villa. The gym and massage room has a weight bench, a stepper and a massage table, and the villa has a high-quality security system.

The Provençal park covers more than one hectare and surrounds the villa. It has a sunflower fountain, thousands of Mediterranean species and olive trees, with rustic garden furniture under the pergola. The large balcony faces the sea, and the swimming pool is heated.

The pool house overlooks the bay of Saint-Tropez and is fully equipped, with a plasma television, a very large wooden table and decorated woven resin furniture. A summer kitchen is next to it.

An enclosed, secured play area for children has a slide, a sandbox and a treehouse.
