The 350m² villa has been restored and furnished in the local Provençal spirit, combined with distinctive modern touches. The entrance is through an ancient stone-paved courtyard.

The panoramic view stretches from south to north, from the open Mediterranean Sea to the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.

On the ground floor, a living room with a fireplace, a dining area in a large veranda with original wooden beams, and a fully equipped modern kitchen. Two en-suite double bedrooms on the ground floor each have their own access via the garden.

On the first floor, two bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms, a study and a small single bedroom for staff.

The pool house includes a modern kitchen, a shower room and a double bedroom.

Outside, there are three terraces totalling 100m², a shaded veranda for hot summer days and a chlorine-free swimming pool measuring 13 x 5 m. A garage accommodates six cars.
