This villa in Saint-Tropez is the first Armani house to be made. It stands next to the Byblos hotel and a very short distance from the Place des Lices, with sea and countryside views and the beach within walking distance. It sleeps 12 guests in 6 bedrooms and offers 300 m² of living space on 1,200 m² of land.

The villa has a Tropézienne façade, wooden floors throughout and air conditioning. The living room has several seating areas furnished with pieces from Armani Casa, and the television area has a Bose surround system. The kitchen is an Armani Casa professional kitchen with Gaggenau appliances.

There are six en-suite bedrooms. Three are on the first floor, all with televisions and sea views. Two are on the ground floor and are a little smaller in size. One is in the garden.

Outside, the heated swimming pool is surrounded by lounge areas.
