Designed by the architect Michel Covarel, this chalet is built against a backdrop of rock deep within the Alps, in the hamlet of Les Fermes, in the centre of Val d'Isère.
The chalet spans 800m² and is entered through a large wooden doorway. The interior is finished in a rustic-chic style, centred on a double-height living room with reclaimed wooden beams, intricately carved furnishings and an open fire. There is a piano in the living area, and wireless internet throughout the chalet.
The seven bedrooms — two master suites and five doubles — all have private bathrooms. Each has a flat-screen television linked to a Kaleidescape system, providing access to hundreds of films and music titles. The two master bedrooms also have a pull-down cinema screen and projector.
The chalet has a private spa carved out of the rock, with a large indoor pool (6 x 4m), a hammam, a steam room, a solarium and a massage room. The gym is equipped with Technogym and Power Plate equipment. Outside, there is a Storvatt hot tub.
