It faces south and has a panoramic view over the entire bay of Saint-Tropez. A private pontoon gives direct access to the sea, and Saint-Tropez is 8 minutes away by boat.

The property is a hamlet of 3 houses, with 37 beds in total. It has a fully enclosed perimeter of walls, interior and exterior alarm systems and video cameras.

The landscaped gardens cover more than 10,000 m² and more than 300 m of shoreline. They are planted with Mediterranean species including pine and eucalyptus trees, Aleppo pines, Florentine cypresses, pomegranates, mimosas, arbutus, cork oaks, olive trees, citrus trees and lentisk pistachio trees, and count more than 100 remarkable trees. The gardens include children's playgrounds, reading benches set among the vegetation, small bodies of water and a stream with a ford, the sound of water and a variety of aquatic plants, spaces for boules and beach volleyball, and fountains. The terraces spread across the gardens total more than 700 m².

The main house has 4 suites. Three of them are very spacious, with sea views, and overlook a large adjoining terrace protected by a pergola with adjustable blades. The kitchen opens onto an indoor-outdoor living area with a veranda protected by a movable glass wall and a pergola with adjustable blades, giving a 180° sea view. The house also has a living area with a fireplace and sitting area, a cinema room with 13 seats, a panoramic lift, and latest-generation air conditioning. A hoist allows supplies to reach the house directly, without going through the main door.

The main house also has a fitness area with a sensory shower, sauna and hammam, a spa, and a heated indoor-outdoor swimming pool protected by a movable glass wall.

The basement is completely independent. It has 4 staff rooms with 2 beds each, every one with its own bathroom (shower, washbasin and toilet), a laundry area with a kitchenette so that staff can be self-contained, and a large room that can serve as a living and dining room, for storage or for other uses.

A further accommodation has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a dining room and a large terrace with sea view. A studio in a bunker overlooks a private garden and the beach and is fully self-contained, with a kitchenette.

By the beach, a covered games room and garage for boats of more than 80 m² overlooks the beach and can be used to host parties or as a fitness space. The local beach has a shower, a toilet, a sink and an American fridge. A room on the beach, next to the private pontoon, is used as a cloakroom and for storing the beach furniture in the evening.
