Set in North West Corsica, in the Golfe de Saint-Florent, this private estate lies 2km from the village of Saint-Florent, 30 minutes from Bastia airport and 35 minutes from Bastia port.

The property extends over 15.5 hectares of grounds, with an uninterrupted view over the sea, the Golfe de Saint-Florent, the town, the port and citadel, Cap Corse and the Agriates desert. Entirely private, it has no neighbours and no other visible construction nearby.
