The spacious living room has large bay windows and a fireplace. The fully equipped Provençal-style kitchen has a dining area and access to the terraces.

There are five bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master bedroom is independent from the rest of the villa, two bedrooms are on the main floor and two on the lower level. Two bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Outside, an 8 x 7 m swimming pool and a jacuzzi overlook the Baie de Pampelonne, alongside a barbecue. The villa also has a garage, satellite television and a safe.
