Set just fifty metres from a sandy beach near Juan-les-Pins, this contemporary villa offers generous living space across two levels, with a roof terrace commanding exceptional sea views.

The main house has six bedrooms in total. On the ground floor, two double bedrooms and one twin room (convertible to a double) share a separate shower and toilet. The master bedroom has a private en-suite with bathtub, shower and toilet, and two further double bedrooms have their own shower rooms and separate toilets. A seventh bedroom sits independently from the main house.

The living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen open onto the pool terrace, where a heated swimming pool, sun loungers and an outdoor kitchen with gas barbecue, fridges and dining furniture create an ideal setting for al fresco living. The roof terrace extends this further, with dining and evening entertainment space for up to fourteen guests, along with a gas cooker, stove and fridges.

The villa includes air conditioning throughout, wireless internet, Sky TV, a security surveillance system and secure parking at the front. A housekeeper visits twice weekly for a total of twelve hours, and a concierge service and local property manager are on hand throughout the stay.
