The American-style kitchen (20m²) opens onto the living room and includes an induction hob, a Gaggenau oven, an American-style fridge/freezer, an ice machine, a silent dishwasher, a microwave and a Senseo coffee machine. A cellar houses the washing machine.

The 34m² shaded terrace has an outdoor dining area, a barbecue, sea views, and a jacuzzi for 6-8 people.
