A Storied Site
Le Jardin des Arts stands on the site of celebrated writer James Baldwin's former home in Saint Paul de Vence. The village became popular with visitors to Baldwin's artistic home, including Nina Simone and Stevie Wonder, among many others.
The Residence
This luxury development consists of 18 spacious apartments spread across three buildings, with views towards the Mediterranean. Designed by architect Philippe Caron and interior design company Collection Privée, the complex was completed in 2019 using the finest natural materials.
