This contemporary villa, fully renovated by its interior designer owner, is located close to the fishing village of Pinarello and its beaches, a few minutes from Sainte-Lucie-de-Porto-Vecchio.

Set within 3,500m² of manicured grounds, the villa offers 200m² of living space in natural surroundings. On one side, the villa looks out over the sea, the Genoese towers and the protected Natura 2000 zone in front of Pinarello's beaches; on the other, it faces the mountains. Pinarello beach is a 20-minute walk away, via a small pathway through the maquis.

The interior combines modern materials with a warm atmosphere, mixing Italian, French and American vintage pieces with contemporary furniture. Several pieces were designed by the owner, including a solid oak and steel table, alongside Arabescato marble coffee tables, Carrara marble side tables, Ploum sofas by E&R Bouroullec, and Opinion Ciatti dining chairs, with linen curtains, cushions and bed covers throughout.

The villa has five en-suite bedrooms with showers and toilets. Four are on the ground floor (three with sea views and one with a mountain view), each with large floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto seated terraces. The master bedroom, on the first floor, is set apart from the other bedrooms and also enjoys a sea view.

The living room, also on the first floor, has five-metre floor-to-ceiling windows and spacious terraces, with an exterior staircase leading down to the swimming pool and summer kitchen.

The kitchen is well equipped, with an oven, microwave, induction hob, two fridges including an American-style fridge, a wine cellar, two sinks, two dishwashers, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster and a KitchenAid blender, alongside an office used for storage. A separate laundry room includes a washer and dryer.

The summer kitchen, shaded by a terrace cover, offers a calm spot for lunches and dinners, equipped with a gas plancha, dishwasher, fridge, sink and cutlery for up to twelve people. The dining table also seats up to twelve.

Outside, the heated swimming pool (14m x 4m) is fitted with an electric child-safety cover and surrounded by a wooden terrace, with twelve sun loungers and terrace furniture on the first floor and in front of the bedrooms.
