This contemporary villa is located on the outskirts of Sainte-Lucie-de-Porto-Vecchio, a short drive from the shops of downtown Porto-Vecchio and some of Corsica's best-known beaches.

The villa offers spacious living areas, including a living room with a fireplace, an open dining area, and an eat-in kitchen with a bar. A home cinema seats up to ten people.

There are five bedrooms, each with a double bed, office space, a television, a safe and an en-suite bathroom with a double sink (four with terraces, one with a dressing room).

Guests are supported by a house concierge available each morning, seven days a week, and housekeeping for five and a half hours a day, six days a week. Breakfast is served each morning, including fresh bread, pastries, freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee and fruit.

Outside, the villa offers a heated swimming pool with a pool house, a well-equipped gym, a sauna and an indoor jacuzzi, a full-size tennis court built to professional standards, a ping-pong table, a boules court, a Weber barbecue and a bar. Porto-Vecchio town is 10 minutes away, and Bonifacio is 30 minutes away. Nearby attractions include the Ospedale forest, the Aiguilles de Bavella, and the gulfs of Sperone and Murtoli. The beaches of Santa Giulia, Palombaggia, Santa Amanza, Cala Rossa and Pinarellu are all within reach.
