This villa is located in Porto-Vecchio, between the mountains and the sea, less than two minutes from Palombaggia beach and its beachside restaurant.

There are five bedrooms and five bathrooms: three on the top floor, one on the main floor, and one on the lower level. The master suite includes a large walk-in dressing room with a safe, a private terrace, and a large bathroom with a jacuzzi tub.

The living and sitting room has a television area with satellite channels, and the kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-range appliances.

Outside, the heated overflow swimming pool measures 10m x 6m, fitted with a child-safety gate. All terraces are made of teak wood, furnished with quality pieces and sun loungers, alongside an outdoor kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher and cooking equipment, plus an open-air barbecue.

The villa's water supply comes from local mineral water. Air conditioning (hot and cold) is fitted in every room.

Figari Airport is 20 minutes away, and the centre of Porto-Vecchio, with its restaurants, bars and shops, is a 7-minute drive. The nightclub Via Notte is 5 minutes away. Bonifacio, the southernmost point of Corsica, is 20 minutes away, with regular ferries to Sardinia taking around an hour.
