Tahiti, Saint-Tropez: a sought-after real estate area formed around the Route de Tahiti

Saint TropezFrench Riviera

Tahiti is one of the most sought-after areas of Saint-Tropez for real estate, formed around the Route de Tahiti, an extension of the Chemin de la Belle Isnarde running from the town to Tahiti beach. It is appreciated for its direct and quick access into the centre of Saint-Tropez, and many of its properties are within walking distance of Pampelonne beach.

Several private domaines sit within the area, including Domaine de la Capilla and Domaine du Cap Tahiti, both within walking distance of Tahiti beach. Bellevue is a specific part of Tahiti known for its position on top of a hill, roughly midway between the town and the beaches, giving many properties exceptional views. Le Pinet, identified by the Chemin du Pinet, runs from Les Salins to Tahiti. Sainte-Amé sits close to the Château de la Messardière and is known locally for the château itself.

The Route de Tahiti is also home to several large properties on sizeable plots, many of which are off-market.

Tahiti is home to a number of hotels, including Tahiti Beach, La Ferme d'Augustin, Château de la Messardière, La Figuière, Le Mas de Bellevue, and La Garbine, along with several restaurants along Pampelonne beach, including Jardin Tropezina, La Pomme de Pin, and the Tahiti Beach restaurant.
