Les Hauts de Saint-Paul is a private, gated residential estate set on the hillside above Saint-Paul-de-Vence, one of the most well-known villages of the French Riviera hinterland. The estate sits above the village of Saint-Paul-de-Vence, with the historic centre reachable by a short drive of around five minutes. The road up to the domaine climbs in a series of bends, so while the distance is short, it is not a walkable route — a car is needed both to reach the village and to reach the estate's neighbouring amenities.

The Michelin-starred restaurant of chef Alain Llorca is also nearby, but again only accessible by car given the terrain. As with the village, the hill means everything close by is a short drive rather than a stroll.

Size and character

The domaine is substantial, with an estimated 80 individual houses within its gates. Properties are generously spaced, and most gardens are not directly overlooked by neighbouring homes, giving a sense of privacy uncommon for an estate of this size.
