Domaine de la Capilla is a gated residence in Ramatuelle, within walking distance of Tahiti beach and a short drive from the centre of Saint-Tropez and the Place des Lices.
It is one of the smaller gated estates in the area, smaller than Les Parcs de Saint-Tropez, and neighbouring Cap Tahiti.
The domaine is made up mainly of Mediterranean-style villas, each with its own garden and pool, some with private tennis courts. All properties within the domaine have direct access to the beach on foot, and it is also very close to Tropezina plage, which is highly sought after. Access into the village of Saint-Tropez is swift via the Route de Tahiti, around a five-minute drive without traffic.
Capilla is one of Saint-Tropez's most expensive neighbourhoods for real estate, and properties are rarely on the market, for both rentals and sales.
