Beaulieu-sur-Mer: a sought-after town between Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat and Eze

Beaulieu-sur-MerFrench Riviera

Beaulieu-sur-Mer is located between Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat and Eze, on the Côte d'Azur, giving easy access to the surrounding towns and villages of the coast.

The town has a year-round resident population and a daily market in the main square, with cafés, specialty food stores, wine shops, beauty salons, and clothing stores, including Poupette Saint Barth. Due to its position along the coast and its limited size, Beaulieu is a highly sought-after area for buyers, and villas rarely come onto the market.

The Beaulieu Tennis Club offers eight clay courts, with private lessons and summer camps for children available through Le Tennis de Beaulieu.

The town's beaches include Plage des Fourmis, near the port, and Plage de la Petite Afrique, a smaller beach set beneath the surrounding cliffs. Anao Plage is one of the few private beach clubs in Beaulieu, offering sun loungers, a restaurant, and valet parking.

Restaurants in the town include La Table de la Réserve, part of the La Réserve de Beaulieu hotel, Le Café des Saveurs, Le Catalan, and The African Queen, in the port, which is open all day and offers takeaway.

Hotels in Beaulieu-sur-Mer include La Réserve de Beaulieu, a five-star hotel; Hotel Royal Riviera, located between Beaulieu and Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat with a private beach; and Hotel Select, in the town centre.
